LEXUS Dining Out品牌美食盛會,本次由總代理和泰汽車與經銷商中部汽車合辦,精選台中新興潮流名饌 JL Studio 餐廳,為台中車主獻上歐洲百年品牌—英國皇室御用「Caviar House & Prunier」魚子醬入菜,搭配世界冰淇淋亞軍「蜷尾家」頂級冰品,創新菜色顛覆味蕾及想像,重新定義料理藝術。大膽創新與前瞻工藝是LEXUS與生俱來的DNA,除了提供舒適與性能兼具的豪華座駕,LEXUS更致力為車主打造時尚生活體驗,在帶給車主自信用車生活的道路上引領前行。LEXUS Dining Out美食活動深受車主喜愛,透過LEXUS品牌精神和職人工藝,將美食轉化為視覺、嗅覺、味蕾的多感官饗宴,超越賓客身心靈對美好餐點的期待。過去,Dining Out活動曾與米其林名廚江振誠、全台第一人氣餐廳RAW,及多位明星餐廳主廚如MUME的Kai Ward、鮨二七的陳威任及貓下去的陳陸寬等合作;另有請到牛排教父鄧有癸與簡天才、美食評論家胡天蘭老師為車主舉辦的車主專屬美食活動,創造一次次經典盛宴。今年,LEXUS與JL Studio及Caviar House & Prunier的組合,更以世界頂級食材,尊寵每位參與車主。
本次Dining Out餐點由主廚林恬耀以LEXUS品牌精神設計菜色,巧妙轉換食材的形與味,在華麗的外形下,獻上超乎意料的絕佳口味。《Ikan Assam Pedas》菜色以新鮮生魚片堆疊出魚身、搭配香料餅乾製成的魚尾,魚形躍然盤中,加入頂級魚子醬與醃製哈密瓜,更帶出食材的鮮甜,造就生動美味。甜點《焦糖椰子》運用在地芝麻,融合異國食材棕櫚糖與椰奶,呈現全新南洋風味。全黑食材同中有異,或香脆或彈潤,營造驚喜口感!擺盤更以 LEXUS車款家族風貌L-shape水箱護罩網格造型呈現,驚豔與會車主。而蜷尾家的《魚子醬雪酪》,使用日本青森水蜜桃蘋果及白蘭地酒慢漬的櫻桃果肉,濃郁甘甜,再厚鋪上頂級魚子醬,深厚絲滑海味與甜蜜果香交織,獻給LEXUS車主最尊榮的享受。
活動現場展出暢銷性能跑車「LC」Limited edition,獨有的風馳藍車色(Structural Blue)首次於台中現身,讓參與LEXUS Dining Out活動的車主一睹為快。取經於中南美洲大藍閃蝶,鮮豔的藍來自其透明翅膀結構可反射自然光中近100%的藍光,LEXUS全新開發結構式高亮度塗料所打造的風馳藍車色,高度清徹且隨鑑賞角度不同而變化色調,展現獨有動態美學,擄獲眾人目光,體現LEXUS「Experience Amazing」的品牌主張。
